Detailed Product Description
The VSA(Vacuum Swing adsorption) system is to separate O2 gas from the other gases contained in air. The process cycle is similar to PSA. On the other hand, VSA utilizes a vacuum pump for ventilation & absorption gases and VSA works at lower pressure than that of PSA. These are the source that VSA is economically superior to PSA in cost electrics. Adsorbent tower consist of one or two with the production capacity from 200 to 3000 Nm3 & oxygen purity of 90 to 93%.
