Method of nitrogen separation

N2 PSA generator is based on utilizing the characteristics of CMS ( Carbon Molecular Sieve). CMS has adsorption pore which adsorb Oxygen faster & more than Nitrogen from the air. The process of N2generator consist of several steps such as Pressurization, Equilibrium of pressure, Cleaning, Purge step and all these steps repeated in order to separate N2 gas.

Injection molding, Purge, Laser, Fire extinguisher, Packing, Beer, Heat treatment, Soldering, Reflow, Photo lab. Electronics

Specification

1. Inlet air Pressure: 100 PSIG, Output Productive Pressure: 70 PSIG
